  i read a review, on this sight about waiting so long for dr kai go ,to have a look at my eye's,i had to wait for well over two hours.i did not mind at all.how very lucky we are to have such a good eye specialist to go to ,even if we have to wait for several hours before he can see you ,just take a good book to read .or something to listen to while waiting.and be thankful we have such a good doctor to help us so .dont forget we still live in the lucky country, regards don

  Dr Goh may be a well respected Ophthalmologist, but his appointment booking system needs to be reviewed and revised. It is disappointing that when I arrived at his rooms with my 80 year old mother for her 11.15am appointment, more than 40 chairs were already occupied by people waiting to see the specialist. It was more than 2 hours before my mother saw Dr Goh and she was in the room with him for exactly 2 minutes and 41 seconds - I timed it on my iPhone. How can this be acceptable? A waiting room full of mostly elderly patients forced to wait 2 hours for a 2 minute consultation. This is just bad management and poor organisation. My mother has refused to return for another appointment with this specialist.

  He does not know the solution of my problem, plus he didn’t give me any suggestion or referral to see other specialist. But he charged me for full consultation
