- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Dr SLATTERY is the most amazing doctor. He is so kind and sweet, exactly what you want in a paediatrician. I think it's extremely unfair to rate somebody poorly based on their receptionist (that being said I have not seen anything rude from his staff). And also, staff come and go! So don't listen to the bad reviews, you are going to the DOCTOR (who is flawless), not his receptionist. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Your receptionist, Heather, has the most disgusting, downgrading attitude I have ever experienced. For whats supposed to be a high-end, private doctors practice, where people on occasion are either calling, or visiting due to their child being un-well (probably one of the worst of lifes experiences for most people) the last thing we need to be met with, is a lazy, slap-stick, horrible demeanour. Heather, I hope you take this feedback on-board, change your attitude, because, frankly, it stinks. I have visited your practice, and spoken on the phone with you at least 10 times before writing this feedback. I take feedback very seriously, and I think you should do too.
