- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I went to Dr O'Beirne for a second opinion for Elbow surgery, I was very nervous after being told I needed 6 months off work with the first opinion. Dr O'Beirne was very clear on what I need to expect from the surgery he planned. I went with his diagnosis, the results were better then I could have ever hoped for.
